Creating a Culture of Renewal
Commitment, Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We are 100% committed to your transformation. Personal, congregational, and organizational transformation requires time and intentionality. Renewal doesn’t happen overnight. We are committed to championing you for the full three-year process. We ask you not to give up on yourself, your people or your CCR group during this process, even though from time to time you may want to.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Your registration commits you to the entire three-year process of Creating a Culture of Renewal. By registering, you agree to be responsible for payment for the whole program, regardless of your level of participation. We do not cancel registrations or offer refunds.
If, after registering into Creating a Culture of Renewal, you find that you need to wait a year before beginning Track 1, or between Track 1 and Track 2, or between Track 2 and Track 3, you may transfer your registration to the next upcoming cohort. We charge a $150 transfer fee to cover administrative costs. You have up to twelve months to transfer. You are still required to continue your payments during this time. If you need to re-do any Everything DiSC® profiles, there may be an additional charge.
We reserve the right to reschedule offerings or replace personnel due to extreme weather events, low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If an offering is rescheduled or canceled, we will do our best to give you as much advance notice as possible. Participants may then enroll in the next available cohort, as needed, without penalty.
