Readiness 4 Renewal

Readiness 4 Renewal helped me overcome my fear of vulnerability in not knowing all the answers and being afraid to say so. The seminar has also helped me be willing to open up the leadership decisions to more people so that I don’t have all the power.

You’ve probably noticed that some people and projects use up more of your energy than others. Some initiatives are stalled, or remain incomplete. And, no matter what you do you can’t seem to build real momentum.

Our faith confirms that renewal is possible, so why does it feel so elusive? Is the missing ingredient leadership, or resources, or vision, or all of the above?

Join the Readiness 4 Renewal seminar to discover your answers and practice a new way of leading. During six monthly sessions, you will engage four leadership skills that are proven to promote renewal:  Group Culture Awareness, Powerful Reframing, Clarifying your Call, and Gaining Alignment.

With a group of other leaders, you will intentionally engage four impactful practices:

  • Explore the impact of group dynamics through Group Culture Awareness
  • Expand your emotional intelligence and empathy through Powerful Reframing
  • Equip and empower others for community engagement through Clarifying Your Call
  • Envision your next steps through Gaining Alignment

With these four empowering skills and practices, there are no limits to what you and God can accomplish!

Readiness 4 Renewal was a good chance to apply the basic principles of Creating a Culture of Renewal® in a new ministry setting. It allowed me to invite my associate pastor to learn those principles, as well as exploring our DiSC® styles together.  I benefited from the collaborative learning group process.
