Conscious Leadership: Master Your Mindset, Awaken Your Spirituality, and Become an Intentional Visionary
Throughout this eight to ten month experience of personal and professional expansion, you will focus on three essential components of Conscious Leadership: emotional, spiritual, and visionary intelligence. Together with a community of like-minded spiritual entrepreneurs, ministry practitioners, and hands-on difference makers, you will practice mastering your mindset in relation to others, awakening your spirituality, and becoming an intentional visionary. As a result, you experience the power of Jesus’ call of being Salt and Light.
In Person Gatherings
The Conscious Leadership Community gathers in person three times over the course of ten months for three-day intensives. Part retreat, part workshop, these gatherings give you the time and space to deeply explore the materials at hand. A person may join up to 30 days before the next upcoming in-person session.
Online Exploration Sessions
The Conscious Leadership Community also gathers online twice after each live gathering. During these 90 minute sessions, the community continues its journey of exploration together.
Your experience will close with a “Celebration of Conscious Leadership”, a day online experiencing the growth and creativity of the Conscious Leadership Community.
